Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ histories with substance abuse and related mental health issues, ensuring a clear understanding of their backgrounds.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address not only addiction but also underlying mental health concerns, creating holistic approaches to care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), ensuring engagement and constructive involvement among clients.

• Collaborate closely with fellow treatment team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated care that enhances treatment efficacy.

• Educate and engage clients’ families, providing them with the necessary support and resources to become active participants in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations to support client care and organizational integrity.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Previous training or demonstrated experience in addiction counseling is highly preferred.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices concerning substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
