Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals and preferences.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, drawing from relevant therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies and safety plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client information.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care and improve treatment outcomes through collective insights.

Qualifications\n
