Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a variety of essential tasks that contribute to our clients' progress and well-being. You will:

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions, adapting modalities as necessary to suit each client’s unique context and preferences.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, and monitor their progress through ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment strategies.

• Provide teletherapy options, enhancing accessibility for clients who may face barriers in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in monthly team meetings and continuous professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse client base, supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
