Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly assess their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure efficacy and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients, ensuring that individuals facing logistical or accessibility challenges receive consistent and quality mental health support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including webinars, training, and workshops, to enhance clinical skills and remain current with industry advancements.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and those navigating life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Maryland.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
