Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for new clients to evaluate their history of substance abuse as well as any co-occurring mental health challenges, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating both therapeutic and rehabilitation strategies.

• Facilitate both individual therapy sessions and group therapy workshops, employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to promote engagement and progress in addiction recovery.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, other therapists, case managers, and support staff, to coordinate care and ensure seamless communication about each client’s treatment process and progress.

• Engage family members by providing education on the recovery process and offering support to foster a collaborative approach to treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, in adherence with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist.
