Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories and mental health needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying psychological conditions.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and recovery coaches, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience co-occurring mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling, supported by specialized training or experience.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to motivate and encourage clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
