Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' history, including substance use and mental health status. This process is crucial for creating individualized treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address not only addiction but also the underlying mental health issues that contribute to each client's challenges.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Partner with other healthcare professionals in the treatment team to ensure that care is cohesive and responsive to clients’ evolving needs, coordinating referrals and follow-ups as necessary.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing the support network available to clients.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of treatment, client progress, and compliance with state and federal regulations to ensure quality care and accountability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
