• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories concerning substance abuse and associated mental health conditions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies to address both addiction and underlying mental health issues, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that utilize proven therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and integrated care, engaging with psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals when necessary.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and fostering a supportive home environment.

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

The primary focus of this role will be working with clients facing substance abuse challenges, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to empathize with clients’ struggles, providing the therapeutic support necessary to empower them on their path to recovery.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Authorization and competency in the practice of telehealth, delivering remote therapeutic services as needed.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling or substance use disorder treatment.

• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices for managing co-occurring disorders.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients effectively.

• Proven track record of excellent communication and teamwork, facilitating fruitful collaboration with various stakeholders.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
