Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload while establishing meaningful relationships with clients, adhering to the highest standards of professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address challenges, and formulate discharge plans when appropriate, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.

• Collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring each plan reflects the individual needs and goals of the client.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients, gathering pertinent information to inform therapy and treatment approaches.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions for ongoing professional growth and skill enhancement.

• Engage in interprofessional collaboration with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC at Bright Tomorrows, you will serve a diverse outpatient client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various emotional and psychological challenges. You will employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting interventions to meet the unique cultural and situational aspects of each client’s life. Through your expertise, you will contribute to clients' journeys toward recovery, resilience, and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license, active and current, issued in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
\n
• Proficiency in using computer systems and telehealth platforms for documentation, scheduling, and client interactions.
\n
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a compassionate and client-centered approach.

• Ability to conduct thorough intake assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in family systems or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LPC position offers an annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, complemented by a fee-for-service compensation model. Financial stability is assured through guaranteed rates, with payments made ahead of collections to eliminate waiting periods. Additional benefits include:
