Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to identify the challenges they face.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, maintaining a supportive atmosphere and employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress and uphold accurate records in compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to integrate holistic treatment approaches.

• Provide resources and referrals to additional services as necessary to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will engage with a diverse patient population that includes individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that you utilize culturally responsive practices that appreciate the individual’s unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, enabling the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based incentives including a potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
