Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and trauma histories.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery journey, focusing on resilience-building strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to promote healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that encourage shared experiences and coping strategy development.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients facing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Actively educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms and the resources available to them.

• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately, adhering to legal and ethical standards of confidentiality.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to stay informed about the latest practices in trauma-informed care.

The clients you will serve include individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, leading to conditions such as PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their healing processes, providing both direct therapy and support resources as they work to rebuild their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• Strong foundational knowledge in trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities.

• Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience in telehealth environments.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, particularly with a focus on trauma.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
