Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed, trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient's unique trauma history and establish effective treatment pathways.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, resilience, and empowerment.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to process their trauma while developing coping strategies for improvement in their daily lives.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and treatment continuity for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, focusing on immediate stabilization needs.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping techniques, and available support resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Actively participate in case consultations, clinical meetings, and ongoing education focused on trauma-informed practices and emerging best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice is dedicated to serving individuals grappling with the effects of trauma. You will be working with a diverse client population of trauma survivors, including those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Each patient you engage with comes with unique challenges, and your role will be instrumental in their healing and recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Kansas.

• A strong commitment to addressing trauma and building resilience.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, displaying empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless patient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in trauma-focused care settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Greenleaf Health Partners values the hard work and dedication of our therapists. We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
