Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health issues, develop clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals and needs.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methods.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress while implementing appropriate safety plans and connecting them to emergency resources if necessary.

• Ensure the meticulous documentation of client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Proactively educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment strategies, and community resources available for additional support.
\n
• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices through continuous education, workshops, and participation in professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a varied client base that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Your skillful interventions will aid clients in navigating their challenges, enhancing their coping mechanisms, and promoting emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Possess strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus as part of our benefits package.
