Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, using a variety of standardized tools to inform your treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Kansas.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong therapeutic skills with an emphasis on client-centered care and an ability to establish rapport quickly with clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for building trusting relationships with clients and facilitating productive therapy sessions.

• Effective organizational abilities, enabling you to manage a varied caseload and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health services.
