Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose various psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on continuous assessment of patient progress and changing needs.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and external community resources to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment.

• Facilitate referrals to additional services or programs that support patient recovery and well-being, such as support groups, community organizations, and specialist referrals.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and standards as per the Mental Health Practice Act, ensuring high standards of clinical practice.

• Utilize case management tools within our telehealth platform to prioritize and organize daily responsibilities, assessing the needs of current, new, and discharging patients.

• Provide educational support and intervention to patients and their families, including crisis intervention and bereavement support services.

• Advocate for patients by ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed within multidisciplinary care teams and relevant agencies.

• Identify patients at risk for complications such as readmissions or lengthy stays, and work collaboratively to create optimal discharge plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
