Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Unity Point, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Utilizing a billing service to ensure efficient claims processing, as well as managing client and insurance accounts receivable.

• Operational responsibilities include scheduling ongoing appointments, managing your weekly calendar, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their struggles, providing them with strategies for improvement, and working toward long-term recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, along with an active and unrestricted LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Unity Point offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, you can expect:
