Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, providing support through individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to those experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or emotional disorders.

• Assess client needs through evidence-based screenings and create individualized care plans that facilitate access to necessary services.

• Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to enhance service delivery, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Monitor and document treatment progress, including facilitating safe and supportive environments—identifying and reporting unsafe situations as necessary.

• Participate in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Provide on-call coverage as assigned to ensure continuous support for clients.

Qualifications\n
