Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.

• Collaborating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that promote positive developmental outcomes.
\n
• Monitoring family progress and child development benchmarks while being an active member of a multidisciplinary team.

• Providing essential supports and resources to families, empowering them to enhance their child's cognitive, physical, and emotional growth.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and coaching methodologies to develop supportive, personalized approaches within natural learning environments.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations relevant to early intervention practices.
\n
• Building meaningful rapport with children and families to foster trust and encourage open communication.
\n
• Implementing strategies that align with the family's priorities and concerns, facilitating a holistic approach to early childhood development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses specifically on supporting children with developmental disabilities or delays, particularly those in their foundational years. Our Early Intervention services are tailored to address the unique needs of babies and toddlers, providing opportunities for them to learn and grow. You will work closely with families to identify their goals and collaborate on strategies that enhance their child's developmental success.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Licensure by the Connecticut Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A valid driver's license to facilitate home visits as needed.
\n
• Confidence in adapting treatment approaches to meet diverse learning styles and individualized treatment plans.

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are encouraged:

Compensation and Benefits\n
