Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients in both community and remote settings, including assessments and ongoing therapy for individuals experiencing severe mental illness.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and develop comprehensive integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary resources and support.

• Engage in team-based collaboration to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches, participating actively in team meetings and contributing to shared goals.
