Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's developmental and emotional needs.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring each plan is tailored to the needs of the child and family.

• Monitor client outcomes as a proactive member of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting strategies per best practices.

• Support families by providing recommendations and resources focused on enhancing children's developmental skills in cognitive, social-emotional, and communication areas.

• Grasp and navigate through all applicable Federal and State regulations pertaining to mental health and social work.

• Utilize a coaching model in your interactions, ensuring strategies are implemented within the natural learning environment.

• Foster ongoing relationships with families, assisting them with the skills and support necessary to facilitate their child's development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
