This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide support to clients from the comfort of your own home. You will be part of a collaborative virtual team of professionals, including other therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers, who work together to develop and implement treatment plans designed to support individuals and families in their recovery process. The flexibility of this role is designed to accommodate the needs of our clients, including the option for evening and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical screenings to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to the unique experiences and goals of individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

Previous experience in a community health clinic or non-profit mental health setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
