Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their goals and preferences, laying the foundation for individualized rehabilitation programs.

• Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation strategies that consider clients' educational backgrounds, skill sets, and future career aspirations.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals, including physicians and therapists, to develop and review client-specific programs tailored to meet their unique needs.
\n
• Maintain meticulous case files that document each client’s progress, insurance details, and treatment history, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Regularly assess and document client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to improve outcomes and ensure goal attainment.
\n
• Engage continuously with clients during their participation in job training and occupational placement initiatives, addressing any issues that may hinder their progress.
\n
• Work with clients’ families to understand and address the needs of the client effectively, promoting a cohesive support system.
\n
• Analyze client requirements and document findings promptly to facilitate immediate support and intervention.
\n
• Provide recommendations and referrals to additional resources as appropriate to facilitate client recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and those recovering from trauma or substance abuse. Your interventions will be centered around empowering these individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals, helping them navigate their rehabilitation journey with tailored support and compassion.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• You must possess an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• Adeptness in using therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, preferably in a rehabilitation environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team of diverse professionals focused on client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
