Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, history, and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and treatment responses.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies and stay current with the latest counseling methodologies to provide high-quality care.

• Foster a warm, empathetic, and engaging therapeutic relationship with clients, encouraging open communication and trust.

• Monitor client progress and make informed adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate recovery.

• Provide referrals to additional mental health professionals or resources as necessary to enhance the care continuum.

• Document and maintain accurate client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Hope Being Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Valid and active state licensure as a Professional Counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n
