Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and future appointments, including effective discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Document all interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment records for each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant information and create effective treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, providing direct psychotherapy services to help clients achieve better mental health outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive support from experienced colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is required.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and electronic health record platforms such as Pimsy.
