Work Environment\n

This role is situated in a remote work environment, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong operational support structure via our outpatient office. The full-time schedule is Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and mental health professionals dedicated to comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that allow clients to connect, share experiences, and collectively empathize, under your guidance, helping to build community and support among participants.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Conduct personalized therapy sessions that delve into the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of clients. Utilize active listening and empathetic communication to develop tailored coping strategies and action plans for individual healing.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to craft customized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations, guiding them on their path to recovery.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress using various assessment tools and feedback methods to adjust treatment plans as needed and ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Team Collaboration: Consult and communicate frequently with other members of the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and share insights, enabling the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• Experience: Proven experience working with clients facing mental health/mood disorders in both residential and outpatient settings.

• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and effective documentation practices.
