Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while staying connected with clients through teletherapy sessions. As part of our Community Health Clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, fostering an integrated support system for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients, tailoring approaches to best suit their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate effective therapy sessions focused on enhancing clients’ coping skills, emotional resilience, and overall mental health well-being.

• Collaborate with team members to coordinate care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support that addresses all aspects of their mental health.

• Document progress and therapeutic outcomes accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health services. This may include low-income families, individuals dealing with trauma, substance abuse issues, or those requiring support in navigating life's challenges. By offering culturally competent care, you will play a pivotal role in promoting emotional healing and resilience within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

• Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to cultural competency in your practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a supportive environment with client referrals to help build your caseload, as well as assistance with billing and documentation to allow you to focus more on client care.
