Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a caseload of clients, establishing meaningful, professional relationships built on trust and respect. \n
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. \n
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address client needs. \n
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, including intake assessments and progress notes for each client. \n
- Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, ensuring that sessions are therapeutic and impactful. \n
- Participate in ongoing individual supervision and team meetings aimed at enhancing clinical skills and knowledge. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients. \n

This position is focused on working with youth, who may face a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Kansas. \n

- A minimum of one year experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals dealing with substance abuse issues. \n
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing both individual and group therapy. \n
