Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing meaningful, professional relationships built on trust and respect.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address client needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, including intake assessments and progress notes for each client.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, ensuring that sessions are therapeutic and impactful.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision and team meetings aimed at enhancing clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
