Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Boulevard Psychiatry & Counseling LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions designed to foster connection among clients, allowing them to share experiences, learn from each other, and build a supportive community.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized therapeutic interventions to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while establishing actionable coping strategies to manage their challenges.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop customized, goal-oriented treatment plans that fit their individual needs and aspirations, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health care.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Track and assess client outcomes through various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal results.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, exchange insights on complex cases and ensure that each client receives integrated and cohesive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom may be experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you must possess a Master’s Degree in a relevant field (counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy). Furthermore, an active LPC license is required to practice in the state of Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with young adults. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is highly advantageous. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is also beneficial, enabling efficient documentation and tracking of patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
