This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life. While our main facility operates as an outpatient office, you will have the advantage of conducting sessions from the comfort of your location. Our operational hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing ample opportunity to manage your schedule effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, ensuring that interventions are tailored to support each client’s journey.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping patients process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and promote overall wellness.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care that addresses all aspects of the client’s mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, assisting clients in navigating urgent emotional challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available resources.
\n
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation, complying with legal and ethical standards and ensuring high-quality record-keeping practices.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, engaging in professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic is diverse, consisting primarily of individuals and families dealing with trauma-related issues. You will engage with a motivated patient population seeking support for mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach that fosters trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications is required.

• Ability to remain calm and composed during high-stress situations, demonstrating strong crisis management skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapy and interventions, with a particular emphasis on practical application in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between $70,000 and $110,000. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:
