As a vital member of our therapy group, you will engage in both telehealth and face-to-face sessions, providing compassionate and trauma-informed care to clients seeking support in overcoming their challenges. This role offers a competitive yearly salary of USD 90,000 – 110,000, along with a SIGN-ON BONUS for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ backgrounds and develop tailored treatment protocols.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and help clients build resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide client therapy.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at facilitating trauma processing, promoting coping strategies, and nurturing healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, holistic care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during emergency situations related to trauma.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma reactions, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources for support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards to facilitate ongoing client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations, internal training, and professional development courses focused on trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a robust compensation package with a yearly salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000.
