Work Environment\n

In this full-time position, you will primarily work remotely, allowing for a flexible schedule that aligns with your personal commitments while promoting work-life balance. To facilitate effective treatment, you will also conduct face-to-face sessions within our outpatient office located in Lawrenceburg, TN. Our operational hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing ample opportunities for session bookings at times convenient for both you and your clients. Our team prioritizes a supportive atmosphere where collaboration and ongoing professional development are emphasized, ensuring you are equipped to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at the Individual and Family Psychotherapy Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate trauma recovery.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients navigate their trauma experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and promote personal growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention services and compassionate support during trauma-related emergencies through effective assessment and resource allocation.

• Engage in educational outreach by informing clients and their families about trauma, coping mechanisms, and available resources that can aid in their healing processes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
