Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, goals, and treatment preferences, ensuring each individual feels heard and understood.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, effectively using evidence-based therapies to address a diverse array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate complex relationship dynamics and improve communication strategies to foster healthier interactions.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that clearly outline objectives, interventions, and expected outcomes in collaboration with clients.

• Provide on-demand crisis intervention and emotional support to clients facing urgent mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, providing them with coping strategies and resources to support their journey towards wellness.

• Maintain meticulous records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and measurable outcomes, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to the highest ethical guidelines and legal requirements in all counseling practices, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent are always maintained.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflective of experience and skills. Our compensation model operates on a Fee-for-Service basis, offering guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, which eliminates delay in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
