Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of positive and professional relationships through empathy, trust, and ethical practice.

• Develop personalized, person-centered treatment plans, implementing clinical best practices to aid clients in their wellness journeys.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to compliance standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments, evaluating clients' mental health needs and aligning them with suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly and participate in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of New Jersey.
