Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Management: Build and maintain rapport with a diverse client base while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries. Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge.

• Therapeutic Planning: Develop, implement, and regularly review individual treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring they receive personalized support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and updated treatment plans, in compliance with organizational protocols and regulations.

• Intake Assessments: Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, goals, and initial treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. As an LPC, you will address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each individual or family unit.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required for this role.

• Licensure: Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted, active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• Experience: A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology for documentation and communication, including experience with excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

• Experience working with a diverse client population and familiarity with cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
