Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic modalities to align with the unique characteristics of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, continuously ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and legal requirements pertaining to counseling practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
