Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, engaging with them through regular sessions to establish rapport and maintain professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions to review progress, assess stability, and determine appropriate timing for discharge.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and gather relevant background information.

• Engage in individual supervision to further your professional development and discuss case management strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and mental health professionals to create a cohesive support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a range of mental health issues. This may include individual counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of one year of experience providing clinical outpatient services after graduation.

• Proficient in using various technology platforms for clinical documentation and scheduling, including RMS systems and common office applications like Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Strong experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with the ability to perform comprehensive intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, aligned with a fee-for-service compensation model. Clinicians benefit from guaranteed rates, ensuring timely payment ahead of collections, eliminating delays in reimbursement.
