Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their progress, stability, and discuss upcoming appointments, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather necessary information for effective treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as per the treatment plan, focusing on delivering high-quality care in a client-centered manner.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance professional practice and meet licensure requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential in California.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Competency in using technology, including proficiency in electronic health record systems, Excel spreadsheets, email communication, and various telehealth platforms.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a particular focus on outpatient treatment.
\n
• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a collaborative outpatient mental health practice.

• Demonstrated capacity for using therapeutic modalities effectively, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.
