Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Rock Solid Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to understand patients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Monitoring treatment outcomes collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care pathways and identify areas for improvement.

• Documenting patient progress in an organized manner, ensuring adherence to medical documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR) protocols.

• Participating in case conferences and treatment team meetings, where you will share insights, best practices, and learning from both successes and challenges.

• Developing and implementing engaging therapeutic activities, including evidence-based group therapy sessions and recreational activities that foster social connections.

• Utilizing a coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to empower clients in incorporating therapeutic practices into their daily lives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals experiencing various behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling.
