As a member of our team, you will work from the comfort of your home office, ensuring flexibility while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. You will mainly operate in an outpatient care setting, focused on providing therapy to clients who may not have access to traditional in-office services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring adaptable approaches meet varied client needs.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to create engaging therapeutic activities that foster client interaction and participation in treatment.

• Participate in the credentialing process and interdisciplinary meetings, contributing insights from client interactions to enhance care strategies.

• Design customized treatment plans that reflect thorough assessments; track and document patient progress towards therapeutic goals.

• Implement empirically supported treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, ensuring that clinical interventions are evidence-based and client-centered.

• Provide support for additional clinical responsibilities, such as crisis intervention or community resource referrals as situations arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily be utilized to support children and families facing developmental challenges. You will work with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related disorders. By employing a collaborative and strengths-based approach, you will help clients achieve improved therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active LPCC license in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with children or families facing developmental and mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits that include:
