Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport to foster a therapeutic alliance, while adhering to ethical and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, assess stability, and determine timing for discharge based on clinical criteria.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Ensure comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, maintaining meticulous progress notes and updates for each individual.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gain an accurate understanding of clients' mental health histories and current needs.

• Engage in individual supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and provide insight into case management strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is essential to practice in Oregon.
