Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, strengths, and preferences.

• Provide therapeutic services through various modalities, including individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention.

• Maintain and update accurate client records and progress notes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, families, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will engage actively with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Familiarity with specific therapeutic approaches and interventions relevant to these populations will enhance client outcomes and therapy effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
