Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma history and identify suitable treatment pathways.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address trauma recovery and resilience, incorporating both individual and group therapy formats.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), while ensuring tailored strategies that fit individual client needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to guide clients through processing trauma, enhancing coping strategies, and fostering personal healing.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage shared experiences and peer support among participants.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated, holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and supportive services during trauma-induced emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping enhancements, and available external resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
