Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with best practices and clinic protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve primarily consists of adults and adolescents experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. As a counselor, you will apply your skills and knowledge to help clients navigate their emotions, develop coping strategies, and achieve their therapeutic goals, contributing to their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proficiency in telehealth technology and strong computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, with demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic modalities that cater to a diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
