Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be incorporated into a multidisciplinary team, actively participating in the following responsibilities:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connectivity among clients aged 18 to 30, encouraging sharing and growth through collaborative discussions.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide personalized support through one-on-one counseling, helping clients explore their emotions and develop customized coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design goal-oriented treatment plans that clearly outline their mental health journey and address individual needs.

Our clinic specializes in providing outpatient services to young adults, particularly those aged 18 to 30 who may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Candidates must have a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
