This position focuses on providing telehealth services, allowing for flexibility and the ability to balance work and personal commitments. As a remote role, LPCs can create their ideal work environment, enhancing productivity and well-being. Our clinic is committed to rapid caseload ramp-up, ensuring that newly hired counselors can build their practice efficiently while maintaining a manageable workload without the stress of weekend shifts. For full-time employees, hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, while part-time schedules can be arranged based on individual availability and team needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients, ensuring individualized care that attends to each person's unique emotional and psychological needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methodologies to suit varying client situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
