This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to establish a comfortable workspace while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Although you will be primarily working from home, you will also have the opportunity to participate in activities at our outpatient office in Mesa, Arizona, depending on specific client needs and organizational developments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet clients' mental health goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in workshops to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practice.

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, family issues, and trauma. Your role will be critical in delivering compassionate care and support to clients who often have limited access to mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload.
