Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring approaches are customized to meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting emotional and psychological healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation consistent with ethical standards and legal requirements in the state of Virginia.

Qualifications\n
