Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans that accurately reflect each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing a range of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic care and treatment continuity for each client.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, while also staying abreast of advancements in the mental health field through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
