Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through interviews and standardized evaluations, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapies, and solution-focused brief therapy to a diverse client base.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, allowing room for their input and adjusting plans as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure holistic care that addresses all aspects of client well-being.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records, compliant with legal requirements and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as workshops and peer consultation groups, to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with individuals and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
