Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver compassionate counseling through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring each approach to the client's unique situation.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including treatment plans and clinical case notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with an active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
